Our collections may include Solid Gold, S925 Sterling Silver, Brilliant-Cut Diamonds, Moissanite, Hand-Selected Baroque Pearls, and Cubic Zirconia, depending on the individual product.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Once an order has been placed, we begin preparing it for processing. Please review your order carefully before checkout, including your:

• Size or variation

• Quantity

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory.

03 — Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Philippine Pesos (₱) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice. However, the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed will apply to that order, subject to any obvious pricing or technical errors.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

04 — Shipping

We carefully pack every order before dispatch.

Shipping timelines and fees may vary depending on the destination, courier, and selected shipping method. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's own timelines and conditions.

ADV Sparklz is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order.

05 — Returns & Refunds

All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preference.

Before placing your order, please make sure you have reviewed the product details, materials, sizing, photos, and other information provided on the product page.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

06 — Custom Jewelry

We welcome inquiries for custom and personalized jewelry.

Custom pieces may require additional consultation, production time, and payment terms depending on the design and materials requested.

Because custom pieces are made specifically for the customer, orders for approved custom designs may be subject to different cancellation, alteration, and return conditions.

07 — Jewelry Care

Jewelry should be handled with care to preserve its appearance and condition.

We recommend following the care instructions provided with your purchase and avoiding unnecessary exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, chlorine, and other substances that may affect certain materials.

Normal wear, scratches, discoloration, tarnishing, damage caused by improper care, accidents, or misuse are not considered manufacturing defects.

08 — Product Images & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately represent our jewelry through product photography, descriptions, measurements, and material information.

Because jewelry is photographed under different lighting conditions and displayed on different screens, slight variations in color, reflections, or appearance may occur.

Natural materials such as pearls may also vary slightly in shape, texture, tone, and character. These differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
